Athletes in Action Opens New Athletic Complex

Athletes in Action (AIA) is a sports ministry organization that impacts young athletes all over the world. In order to further their ministry, they recently constructed a 250 acre sports complex on the property of their headquarters in Xenia, OH.
AIA decided to hire Ambient Productions to deck out one of their new gymnasiums with all the audio, video and lighting equipment necessary to be utilized for their grand opening ceremony in June of 2024.
Our team provided all audio, video and lighting solutions necessary for the production itself, as well as a broadcast video system to provide AIA with a video recording of the program.
Months before the event, we provided digital renderings of our design so that the board members from AIA could visualize the space and speak into every aspect of the ceremony.
We brought those renderings to reality with the design and provided all the needed technicians to run their event without any hangups. Their team couldn’t be happier with the way the ceremony turned out.
